제품소개(영문)	Model Solution’s ultra-lightweight smart actuator for humanoid joints is an all-in-one module that combines motor, reducer, drive, sensors, and communication, optimized for humanoid and industrial robots. With a compact 80 mm diameter, 61 mm height, and weight under 850 g, it delivers up to 24 Nm torque and industry-leading power density. Its 10 mm hollow shaft routes cables internally, reducing wiring risks and improving design and maintenance. A 7.3:1 low gear ratio with an AFPM motor provides high torque density and excellent backdrivability, enabling natural, safe human-like motion. The actuator also features a GaN-based drive, EtherCAT/CAN FD dual ports, a 19-bit inductive encoder, and a 6-axis IMU, ensuring precise, high-speed control and stable communication. Durable even in harsh conditions, it is ideal for humanoid wrists and arms, surgical and rehabilitation robots, semiconductor equipment, and advanced research platforms.
